The recognition of diplomatic relations is based on whether there are established diplomatic communiqués, joint statements, or similar documents. Therefore, under the law, we only recognize diplomatic relations with six countries with which we have signed diplomatic communiqués. However, due to historical legacy issues since the integration of Hemir and Rushwell, we still maintain a significant number of friendly relations that do not constitute legal diplomatic relations. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterates that unless otherwise notified, the status of relations between the Principality of Hershwell and all allies of the former Hemir Empire and the former Principality of Roswell remains unchanged.
